This Dumpster Rental Agreement outlines the terms and conditions for renting a dumpster from Rubbish LLC (A Trashy Company). By placing an order, you agree to the following terms:
· Standard Rental Period: Our standard rental period is 14 days. If you need the dumpster for longer, you will be charged $16.00 per day beyond the rental period.
· Pick-Up and Drop-Off: If you require the dumpster to be picked up early or at a specific time, you must contact us at least 24 hours in advance. A $120.00 trip fee will be charged for unsuccessful pick-up or drop-off attempts if the dumpster is inaccessible or blocked.
· Payment Terms: Full payment is due at the time of booking. Accepted forms of payment include credit card, debit card, and PayPal. Any additional fees will be charged to your card after the dumpster has been weighed.
· Overweight Fees: The standard weight limit for each dumpster is 4 tons. For any weight over the limit, there is an additional charge of $90.00 per ton.
· Additional Charges:
o $150.00 for overweight penalties if the dumpster exceeds 10 tons.
o $40.00 per mattress, box spring, or similar large cushion materials.
o $25.00 per non-commercial tire and $150.00 per commercial tire.
o $120.00 fee if hazardous or restricted materials are found in the dumpster.
· Cancellations: If you cancel your order before 3:00 PM the business day prior to delivery, there is no fee. Cancellations made after this time will incur a $150.00 cancellation fee.
· Refund Policy: Cancellations on the day of delivery will result in a partial refund, minus trip and cancellation fees.
· The following items are strictly prohibited in our dumpsters:
o Hazardous waste (chemicals, oils, paints, asbestos).
o Medical waste.
o Tires, batteries, and other items restricted by state or federal law.
o If any of these items are found in the dumpster, you will be responsible for all disposal fees and fines.
· Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for any damage to the dumpster while it is on your property, including but not limited to fire, theft, or vandalism. You are also responsible for ensuring there is adequate access for the truck to deliver or pick up the dumpster.
· Damage to Property: Rubbish LLC is not responsible for any damage caused to driveways, lawns, or surfaces during delivery or pick-up. We recommend placing boards under the dumpster to protect surfaces.
· Permits: It is your responsibility to obtain any required permits for placing the dumpster on public property (e.g., streets, sidewalks). Failure to secure necessary permits may result in additional fines or service refusal.
· Loading Limits: Do not load the dumpster higher than the top edge. Overfilled dumpsters will not be picked up, and you will be charged a $120.00 trip fee if we have to return for a later pick-up. If we are delayed due to overfilled dumpsters, you will be charged $2.50 per minute for onsite downtime beyond a 15-minute grace period.
The customer agrees to indemnify and hold Rubbish LLC harmless from any damage or injury that occurs while the dumpster is in their possession or due to improper use of the dumpster.
